Business presentation offer

1. General partner of the symposium (300.000 CZK without VAT) 

  • Presentation of the company as a general partner of the symposium on the website www.sympozium-mosty.cz, in printed and online invitations
  • Placement of the company logo in the conference hall of the symposium and at accompanying events
  • Inclusion of the logo on the front page of the proceedings and a two-page colored company advertisement in the proceedings
  • VIP hall
  • Inclusion of 2 written contributions (max. 8 pages) in the proceedings
  • Space for presentation – lasting up to 25 minutes in the symposium program (the contribution is subject to the approval of an expert committee)
  • Exclusive space for placement of promotional panels / exhibition stand of the company
  • Distribution of corporate promotional printed materials to the symposium participants
  • Free participation of 6 company representatives in the professional and social program of the symposium (including proceedings)
  • Photo reporting from the symposium
  • Company logo on notepads and lanyards for symposium participants

2. Main partner of the symposium (120.000 CZK without VAT) 

  • Presentation of the company as the main partner of the symposium on the website www.sympozium-mosty.cz
  • Placement of the company logo in the conference hall of the symposium
  • Inclusion of the logo and color company advertisement in the proceedings
  • Inclusion of a written contribution (max. 8 pages) in the proceedings
  • Space for presentation – max. 20 minutes in the symposium program (the contribution is subject to the approval of an expert committee)
  • Space for placing advertising panels / exhibition stand of the company
  • Distribution of corporate promotional printed materials to the symposium participants
  • Free participation of 4 company representatives in the professional and social program of the symposium (including proceedings)
  • Photo reporting from the symposium

3. Partial presentation (prices do not include VAT)

  • Space for placement of max. 2 promotional panels in the Hotel International, incl. table and chairs – 35.000 CZK
  • Distribution of promotional materials to symposium participants – 12.100 CZK
  • TV loop 16.500,- CZK
  • Advertisement in the Proceedings 7.500,- CZK
  • Roll up 11.000,- CZK
